"Two blocks from downtown. Walking distance to bus station for tours to Tierra Del Fuego National Park. Grocery store close by. Comfortable bed in bedroom. Did not use other bed. Shower great. Small but adequate kitchen. In an apartment building. I had problems with the key. I think it was just me. I had people who live there help me a couple times. No front desk. Was met at apartment, let in, and given a map a good orientation to the area. Manager very friendly and helpful. May not be the...

"The local is excellent, taxi,shopping, grocery, tourist sites are all in walking distance. The follow-up communication was effucient, in every details and on time. The amenities are in full and thoughtful. Suggestion: it will be better if there is a safe, and maybe cut off a little bit the bottom of the bath room door, so the floor carpet will not be removed every time openning the door."

"Location is convenient, though a little uphill from the main parts of town. Staff were helpful when we needed to get out luggage down to the waterfront. Close by: main museum, grocery store, some eateries. Apartment very spacious with all the relevant appliances. Big windows provide views of the town and Beagle Channel (and the cat that lives next door!)."

"The apartment was clean and very nicely located on the western side of the main strip. My only criticism was that the street noise was prevalent and the bed was a split twin that would slide apart."

"The property was exactly as described. Our host was an excellent communicator, all check in info was given very clearly in advance. Property was clean. View was AMAZING! The neighborhood seemed very safe. Bed was comfortable and warm. Host was also helpful with activity suggestions and very friendly. Definitely recommend!"

"Beautiful property with an amazing view. It’s too far to walk from center of town. No restaurants nearby so will have to drive into town. Currently the limited food delivery services will not deliver because it is too far from center of town. Has a full kitchen if your looking to cook."

"Very clean and convenient. Clear instructions to check in and out. We were told that the checkout time was 10am while it was specified 11am in the Expedia confirmation email. A bit far and up from the center. We asked a question to the host in the evening but we didn’t get any response until after checkout time the next day. "

"Aires del Beagle is a nonfinished apartment complex. We booked this hotel last minute b/c our flight out of Ushuaia on Saturday was cancelled last minute.We showed up to find there is no management on site and had to go back into town to another hotel to check in. We're "roll with the punches" kind of travelers and the staff was nice so this didn't phase us much. "The place is pretty new (believe it was built in July of 2023), so it was very nice and modern. I didn’t cook but the kitchen appeared to have everything someone would need. You have a view of the mountains from the window. However, there is a horrible smell (like sewage) coming from a drain in the bathroom that makes the whole apartment smell if the windows are not kept open. Side note to keep in mind: you are only given one roll of toilet paper, so buy some if you plan on a stay longer than...

"The proprietor tried to be helpful but couldn’t be reached when necessary. The keys I was given did not open the door to the apartment and required a second trip by the proprietor. Then, we discovered that only one of the two bedrooms had linens. We booked two adults in a two bedroom apartment. The second bed just had a cover on it. I could not reach the proprietor to correct this. The furniture was tired. The apartment was somewhat clean but not immaculate by any means. "

"Great place. Clean, great location, spacious. The location is in a busy street so it is a little loud, but I was so tired every day that I was able to sleep throughout the night. The kitchen was a great idea because most coffee shops open around 9 and the tours usually pick you up around 8. Highly recommended to stay a few days in Ushuaia! "

"The property was spotless. Comfortable. It was however very loud at night. Nice fridge and kitchenware. Close to market and restaurants. We had an issue with check-in. My suggestion would be to send the instructions earlier than 2 hours prior. If someone doesn't have data in Argentina you might not be able to get in. "
