"What a wonderful hotel and staff! Super helpful and the rooms were so nice and spacious! Even if we had 4 beds in our room. However when I booked through Expedia it says children 1-17, and I put 2 adults and 2 children but when we got to the hotel we had to pay for extra beds because they said we wouldn’t fit on the twin beds since the kids were older 12 and 14. Also when you book get the lounge access with the breakfast, it was super good and a big variety. The Orion beer on tap was so good and they even had refrigerated glasses in the lounge. They had a lot of different alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks but that beer after walking around all day, was just different. They had all the amenities you need and even had a Family Mart downstairs in the lobby area. It is close to the market and shopping but in the city. If you want more beach type area - you may want to look somewhere else, however for the price this place was amazing."

"Had a great time when we stayed for 6 nights at the Hyatt in Naha. Staff friendly and helpful, room serviced daily with clean towels and bottles of water. Beds changed on 3rd day. Room a good size and had a view from the 9th floor, we were there when a typhoon came thru and staff helpful and informative. Loved the pool too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Okinawa."

"Very disappointing experience at Nest Hotel Naha. During check-in, the front desk gave me the wrong room number, so I could not enter the room and had to return to the lobby to sort it out. The front desk staff were unable to communicate effectively in English and were not particularly helpful. When I needed to extend my stay for two more nights due to the approaching typhoon, they simply told me to check the rates online myself. When I asked if they could check room availability, they used Google Translate to tell me that if I could not book online, it meant the hotel was full and I should find another hotel. There was little effort to assist or show concern despite the typhoon situation. Also, room cleaning is only provided once every three days, which may not be suitable for all guests. Overall, the service was disappointing and did not meet expectations."

"Nice property in a busy central location. Clean and helpful staff. Beds weren’t that comfortable. I found it hard to get staff to replenish coffee and water even when using their door cards. I would consider staying again but would look at other places first."
