Breakfasts were freshly prepared and tasty, with a wide choice of cooked to order hot items. So much nicer than the usual buffet style. Personalized service from all staff, who were attentive to our requests, and very helpful with facilitating local activities. "We can’t believe we were so lucky to find this amazing place!!! It has great free parking, easy walk to everything and wasn’t in the crazy, touristy town of Gerome… but minutes away. We spent more time in Orthinsar than anywhere because it was so charming. The breakfast was wonderful… omelets, full spread. The pool is clean and in a great spot for after a long day for a swim in the sun. If we return to Cappadocia, we wouldn’t stay anywhere but the Noble Blue. Ps. Loved the staff, too!!!"

"The rooms are lovely. The pool is great but you need to buy a bathing cap. This is new to me. There is nothing within walking distance. You need to book your breakfast or dinner. Price is rather high. Very nice but over priced."
