Beautiful hotel with amazing rooms, and views. The staff is exceptional. Breakfast is wonderful and a good variety of choices. The staff is also very helpful and caring. I definitely recommend people staying here and preferably stay for at least 2 to 3 nights because it’s unique and worth the time. It is very peaceful and relaxing.

I like the design of the room and the property. The room is spacious, but there’s no air conditioning. The hotel provided a fan, but it wasn’t enough, at least, for us. I’m not sure why the room lacks air conditioning, but I’m not sure about the technicalities or complexities behind stalling an A/C in a cave. The staff is friendly, responsive and always tries to do their best to serve you. The food in the restaurant is great with good options.

We tried to contact them multiple times before our travel on the whatsapp number but got no response. When we reached there and complained about not responding, they didn’t even apologised. Our booking included the welcome drink, they didn’t give us any drinks. Cups in the room were dirty, one of them had a lipstick mark on it. Our room AC was not working and as it was cave style room, it was boiling hot. When we complained, they gave us a fan instead of changing our room, which was very loud and of no use. It was my first bad experience in Turkey generally hotels there are better in hospitality. I am very disappointed.

Staff are very nice. The rooms were quite clean. Our room was on the lowest floor so the way up to reception was a bit of a hike but managable. They do charge for water after the first complementary water bottles. The view is beautiful. Great for touring Cappadocia if you're renting a car. Parking is super close too. Lighting in the rooms and washrooms is pretty dim.

Leuke ervaring. Zachte bed. Jammer dat de jacuzzi het niet goed deed. Wij hadden twee kamers gehuurd. De ene was goed qua binnen temperatuur, de andere was heel benauwd en er was ook geen airco… Ontbijt zat er gratis bij! Mooie plek, zennerig :)

Yani genel olarak güzel bir konaklama geçirdik fakat birkaç eksik noktaya değinmek istiyorum birincisi otopark birazcık dar ve güç bunu otele ilettiğimde yeni bir otopark açılacağı bu durumun düzeltilceği belirtildi kahvaltı birazcık daha çeşitli olabilirdi sadece dört adet sıcak sayılabilecek pişmiş yumurta sosis patates kızartması ve sigara böreği vardı birazcık da ateş şekillendirip daha keyifli hale getirilebilir. Onun haricinde odalardaki ışıklandırma maalesef yetersiz yani kettle‘da su su step çay yapabilmek için telefon ışığını açmak zorunda kaldım birazcık karanlık ve loş bir ortam var bu iki husus dışında gayet güzeldi çalışan arkadaşlar epey yardımcı olurlar ve güzel bir konaklama geçirdik.
