"Opened 6 months ago in a new building! Smallish rooms are very clean and modern. Parking out front is adequate. Owner speaks decent English and was very helpful to us to help solve an unrelated problem. Good breakfast - more suited to local tastes as this town doesn't get a lot of foreign tourists."

"We had an amazing few days in a beautiful location. The guest house and room were lovely and very spacious. The hostess was so friendly and accommodating - we arrived very early and they did their best to let us check in to our room as early as possible. They helped us book a guided tour of the city, which was definitely a highlight for us! We would recommend this stay wholeheartedly - cannot fault it! "

"The staff at Khan’s Palace helped me very last minute when another hotel messed up my reservation. The room was spacious, breakfast was fantastic, and it is well located to explore old Khiva on foot. "
