"This is a big and busy resort hotel in a very scenic area. The room was large and well equipped. The staff in all departments were friendly and helpful.
The included breakfast and dinner (both buffet style) were of a reasonable quality, although quite monotonous if you are there for more than one night. It is quite remarkable how badly some guests behaved when getting their food - a real “bun fight” at every meal.
The restaurant staff were amazing and did everything they could to keep the tables...

"コテージはとても素敵でした。お部屋は広々としていて、畳の部屋も心地よく、ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。小鳥のさえずりが聞こえる静かな環境も最高です。虫を心配していましたが、特に問題ありませんでした。
ただ一点、非常に残念だったことがあります。チェックイン時に、1泊あたり3,300円の暖房費を別途請求されました。正 直なところ、この金額は少し高すぎると感じます。もしExpediaの予約画面に事前に記載されていれば納得できましたが、現地で突然支払う形だったため、あまり良い気分ではありませんでした。予約時の料金に含めるか、事前に明記してほしかったです。"

"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort.
Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. Anyway it was very kind to pick us up.
The menu is a bit limited and it seemed there were other things to eat, if you were in...
