"El hotel me llamó 3 días antes de la fecha fe hospedaje y me cancelo, en sus políticas decía que pago en el alojamiento pero no era real la información porque tenia que pagar 15 días antes y no me avisaron con tiempo solo el avisaron para cancelar la reserva, el hotel me referencio a otro hotel donde pague el 50% y dos horas antes también me cancelaron la reserva, ya estaba a 40 minutos de llegar "
"The apartment was not well cleaned because of its high volume of previous use and was poorly maintained. We helped the owner out by staying home for two half days for the WiFi technician to come by and conduct repairs, once the repair's were done the WiFi signal was very poor at best with frequent disconnects.. "The hotel is very convenient located close to everything. The people and their service is overall the most important thing to say about the hotel. Since you enter the main door you are welcome, the service at the front desk is five stars. The service at the restaurant is A+ . OsKar, Juan Pablo, Loreana are great, excelent service. Our housekeeper Argenis, was also very attentive. We will be back definitively. "
