"The best thing about this hotel, undoubtedly, is the location. It is within walking distance to Park 93 (Parque de la 93), which is a fabulous area with tons of extremely good quality restaurants, lots of people and families walking around and having fun. There was also great entertainment at night. It is a very safe place. I'm afraid the hotel is definitely not very well kept; the carpets in the halls are stained with bits of paint which looks terrible. The deco and paint are dated. The breakfast is okay but not great. The staff was good but several times I got tired of calling the front desk at night and there was no answer. Last. On two occasions, at around 2:00 am, my husband and I got awakened by someone, who probably was drunk, shouting near our room. Absolutely disgusting. I would never stay in this hotel again. There are better hotels in the area. I just did not have time to research more. I booked this in a rush."

"Sadly, the room was poorly cleaned. The bathroom curtain was VERY dirty and the tub and walls were stained. The outside of the hotel is beautiful and gives you the wrong idea because the halls, carpets and rooms are very outdated. "

"The room and facilities were extremely clean. I very much enjoyed the extensive gym and how it opened into the terrace where you could also access the pool, jacuzzi and saunas. I would have liked the jacuzzi to be a bit warmer and was disappointed that the rooftop jacuzzi that’s pictured in the hotel information was not open. The staff were very attentive. The breakfast was very good, with an omelet station and continental cuisine, including a buffet of fresh local fruits. The spa needs to be reserved in advanced "

"There is a lot of construction on the main road in front of the hotel, so it was hard sleep without earplugs. But otherwise I would recommend the BH Usaquen Hotel."

"The room i booked was not the type of room i got. I was there with my wife and we got two twin beds. The girl at the reception was not capable to help and a bit dismissive. I am not sure how the booking got changed, but it makes for a pretty disappointing experience. I however think that the hotel and Expedia do not share the same platform, my info was not in the system, the booking was not found at the beginning and the whole thing became a mess"

"Noise, I was assigned with a connecting room and seriously I heard the most intimate noise from the connected room’s guests. The room was just above a bar and the music was so loud. Asked if I could change room and manager was so rude and unresponsive that I was almost crying. He was very busy receiving a present from someone who was giving him a present for the good job that he did finding a lady a nice room. Previously I asked through Expedia message that I will need a quiet room so … Expedia rate is not awkward for them maybe? Any way is a shame because used to be a nice place ."
