"The most beautiful property, in a wonderful location, excellent facilities, the most incredible

and food is divine. We felt well looked after by the staff who were so kind. our room was gorgeous. The local area is wonderful and the free pass to use the sky lift was very helpful. We only wish that we could've stayed for longer. "

"The hotel is a true 5-star property with outstanding rooms and service. The restaurant is excellent though an expensive option if staying more than 1 night. The free breakfast was all I needed though some may consider the buffet a little limited. All in all, one not to miss, particularly if you can find a good deal on the room rate."

2/10 Terrible
"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of that? I asked to get at least a fan but i'm only a paying customer, why should i get a response? The hotel images, suggest that it is somewhat secluded. This is not the case as i was woken up by trains passing nearby (100-200m) at 7am. We had to sleep with open windows... Not my ideal vacation. The only bright side in this hotel was the F&B staff who were super friendly and helpful."
