"We booked 3 nights in a hotel apartment. The first night we spent in a small room and it was not the same apartment we booked, the reception closes at 1pm so we couldn't do anything. The next day we spoke to the only receptionist there who couldn't speak English and was using a translation app, she admitted the mistake and promised to try to exchange the room for an apartment or deduct the city tax which is a very small amount! "We knew the restaurant wasn’t going to be open as we were staying on a Monday, what wasn’t expected was that the hotel reception would close by 5pm and breakfast wouldn’t be until 8am. The room was lovely and clean. The area was the same. But a hotel should have 24hr reception and breakfast from 6am on weekdays. "

Nachher ist es nicht mehr möglich dort einzustecken oder die Bergbahn führt einen auch nicht mehr nach oben. Das ist auf ihrem Portal irreführend dargestellt. Man geht davon aus man kann die ganze Zeit anreisen. Zur Not auch mit Late Checkin. "Rigtig dejligt hotel. Tæt på midtbyen, men stille og let at komme til og fra. Vi havde bestilt et dobbeltværelse, men fik et stort værelse med dobbeltseng + enkelseng. Værelset var nyrenoveret, pænt og med nye, gode senge. Stort pænt badeværelse. Morgenmaden var lækker og flot anrettet. Virkelig god betjening i restauranten, hvor tjeneren var meget serviceminded og hele tiden tjekkede buffeten og bordene. Vi spiste 1 aften på hotellet, hvilket også var udemærket. Vi havde 3 overnatninger, hvor...
