"We had a great beach view from the balcony. Great sunsets and even saw a couple of dolphins. Check in staff was very friendly and so was security and people cleaning the grounds. We ate at Under the Boardwalk. Oyster po boy was excellent and so was bartender. Only drawback was that we have an old pug that is unable to do steps and cannot walk very far so it was hard for us as we had to carry him since we were far from elevator. Was hoping to use our wagon to take him downstairs but there were stairs to get to elevator. All in all hotel was good for the price. Hoping we get the $25 back since there was no damage by dog. Thought $113 was a little steep for dog for 4 nights."

"Breakfast and bar offer a very decent food (Not extraordinary) but you can definitely have a good meal. Several other options close by anyway!!!"

"The balcony with the beach front was the highlight of our stay. The room was clean except for the floor. It turned the bottom of our socks black. All the patio. furnature was Adirondack style, which is uncomfortable for me but would be ok if you like that kind of thing. We were given one set of towels for us each which didn't last all four days. No one ever checked on us or cleaned the room. Needs remodeling"

"The best thing is we had our room directly on the beach to walk onto. The property just needs some basic upkeep."

"We are Panama City Beach locals and stayed for the week during spring break. We really enjoyed our stay and all of the things that were offered to us. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi would not reach the third floor and it was advertised. They did try to accommodate and offer us a room on the first floor so that we can reach the Wi-Fi signal, but we refused because we wanted the good view of the gulf other than that other than that, everything was perfect"

"Floor were very sandy a dirt y, the room stunk and the tv would only work with WiFi and the WiFi wouldn’t stay on. Had to use my phone as a hot spot to watch tv."
