"Absolutely beautiful property in the most stunning location. As soon as we arrived they knew exactly who we were and were greeted by name, which was a lovely touch. Rooms were a good size with nice big windows which were useful during the mini heatwave we experienced! The spa was great with great facilities. Both breakfast and dinner were of a high quality and we really enjoyed them. We had the most amazing stay, thank you so much! "

"Just came back from a fabulous trip to this hotel. Lovely and clean and very well maintained- we were half board and the food was delicious and beautifully presented - they accommodated all our meal requests (we were 2 pescatarians and 2 non red meat eaters) so happily - as if it wasn’t an effort at all. Spa was lovely and we enjoyed the sauna steam thoroughly after we finished skiing for the day. It’s a quiet place so no nightlife, but it still suited us. Ski bus just around the side of hotel...

"We came for a week vacation. Unfortunately, my mother passed away during my stay (on day 3). I was told the sad news at midnight and so the next morning I asked to check out and go home for the funeral. The manager - Mrs. Mathe insisted that I pay for the full week. It took a lot of convincing to reduce her to paying for one extra night. I felt it was rude and very insensitive. "Beautiful location and only 30 min to Salzburg P&R, room clean and comfortable. Staff made me feel welcomed, and the food was good too. My only tiny problem was that I like to sleep on a thin pillow, and the bed had just one big fat pillow (nice for sitting up reading, but not so good for sleeping). But that's just personal preference - I'd still give this place 10/10 and would stay again (bringing my own pillow!) Sehr schön und gemütlich. Vielen Dank! "
