Parking (in May) was easy, the hotel was beautiful, the weather was crappy, but we enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub (the only one we have encountered in Germany!) Great location close to the ferry. The breakfast was good, and they offer decent dinner selections. Pricey, though.

A very lovely place for a quick rest during a hectic travel itinerary. The lake is gorgeous and being able to go for a swim was a welcome reprieve from the heat. One note - the rooms do not have air conditioning. We happened to be there during an extremely hot time. We were provided with a good fan, which helped a lot. I'm certain that AC is unnecessary 90% of the time, we just happened to be there when it would have made a big difference in the overall comfort.

Awesome experience

Great hotel. We loved being here. Recommend it for everyone who loves a great atmosphere and a great view, excellent food and comfortable accommodations. It helps to speak fluent German though all personnel speak English.

Short walk or taxi from hotel to the ferry landing that takes you around Lake Chiemsee, that allows for a quieter, more relaxing lake experience. Included breakfast buffet was in a beautiful setting. ALL staff were so friendly and helpful. Room had a nice balcony, overlooking the marina, and the lake. Highly recommend!

Stayed 2 nights. The bed was a little soft for my liking, but worked well. Breakfast was amazing, the view of the lake and surrounding area was fantastic. We walked to the ferry terminal which is about 1k (1/2 m) away. 4-5 dining options were also available near the terminal. The hot tub is outside the pool area, everything is very well kept.

Personal sehr freundlich, dreckige Gläser auf dem Zimmer wurden umgehend und sehr hilfsbereit ausgetauscht. Frühstück super, Liegewiese sehr schön. Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, was bei den hohen Temperaturen ein großer Nachteil war. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel sehr begrenzt. Alles andere aber sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Zimmer sind komplett in die Jahre gekommen und sehr enttäuschend. Die Fotos entsprechen überhaupt nicht mehr der Aktualität. Hätte ich die aktuellen Zimmer-Fotos gesehen, hätte, würde ich dort nicht buchen. Denn sie entsprechen überhaupt keiner Erwartung an ein aktuelles Hotel mit 4 Sternen. Die Zimmer sind nicht nur in die Jahre gekommen. Sie sind richtig alt und mein Sofa hat beispielsweise einen riesigen braunen Fleck. Der Teppich ist absolut sauber, aber halt auch sehr alt. Die Holzverkleidung der Wände ist völlig aus der Mode und gehen im Grunde nicht mehr. 1980er Flair. Das Bad ist okay, aber keinerlei Luxus. Badewanne, keine Dusche! Auch dass es keinerlei Accessoires gibt, wie Spülung oder Feile sind bei der Preisklasse unüblich. Zudem muss man wissen, dass es in Sachen Ausblick nur zwei Möglichkeiten gibt. Entweder auf den See oder Richtung Westen auf die hässliche Straße. Dort werden morgens auch Waren angeliefert und der Abreiseverkehr wird live erlebt, da direkt davor der Parkplatz liegt. Das Frühstück ist okay, aber nicht mehr. Außergewöhnlich ist es nicht! Dafür ist die Lage fürs Frühstück, wenn im Freien möglich, mit dem herrlichen Ausblick auf den See, ein Traum und wunderschön. Der Garten mit Liegewiese ist HERRLICH und man kann dort richti genießen! Fazit: Der Garten ist ein absoluter Traum! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer, besonders Richtung Westen, gehen so leider nicht mehr&schmälern die Qualität des Aufenthalts. Dringend renovieren!

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit leckerem Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr viel Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und neu renoviert. Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr erholsam. Toller Indoor Pool und der Whirlpool draußen ist fantastisch. Das Essen in beiden Restaurants ist hervorragend nur die Weinauswahl ist viel zu teuer. Die Indoor Golfanlage konnte leider nicht benutzt werden weil der Mitarbeiter im Urlaub war und das restliche Personal nicht eingewiesen wurde das war sehr schade. Blick vom Balkon auf den See wunderbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und das Hotel und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und die Lage direkt am Chiemsee wunderbar.
