"could not recommend a better spot to stay. be aware- it’s at the top of the hill so if you plan to bus and walk your luggage to the hotel it’s a lot! but SO WORTH IT. we had a balcony room with the most amazing views ever and all the farm animals. I felt like I was dreaming. 10/10 so happy to be stayed here and would literally spend a lifetime here if I could"

"HOP is a modern and homey apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Interlaken. The Luxe apartment units have clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, and includes a well-equipped living area and kitchen, as well as a balcony with views of the river. Access to our unit, the main door, elevator, and common areas are all done via mobile app/website, which in our experience was seamless and reliable. In addition, we found the common areas to be quiet and relaxing. The availability of on-site laundry was also a plus. Moreover, staff was responsive to our messages on Expedia and Whatsapp. For some travelers, accessibility may be an issue - particularly those carrying multiple heavy luggages as the building is roughly 7 minutes from the nearest bus station connected to Interlaken Ost. Nevertheless, alternative transportation is available, and our family did not have significant issues navigating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at HOP and would definitely book again in the future. Highly recommend!"

"I do not give 5 stars unless they deserve it in this case they fully deserve it. We stayed 2 nights and everything about the hotel was awesome. The staff and service was tip class (in fact it was the best ever I have experienced in many many years). The minibar is all included and is restocked every day. It was 5 minutes walk from the Interlaken out train station and ideally located. There was harder kullam entry 5 minutes away and viewable from our room balcony. The view from the balcony was great. The concierge (Luke) was also very helpful. His restaurant recommendations were great. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Being a vegetarian i really appreciated the many good options they had. They always had at least 1 indian dish. They had a juice machine with fruits, ginger and celery right there and tiu could juice ot yourself. All is all a great experience Kudos to the staff and the hotel"
