"Wonderful spot just outside the bustle of downtown Interlaken. The food was phenomenal, the staff incredibly helpful, and the spa (especially the whirlpool with stunning mountain views) was the cherry on top. "

"Beautiful views of the mountains. Wonderful spa. Directly across from the train station (no noise) and adjacent to all the shopping. Staff was superb. The only downside is the restaurant bar seems to be closed so in the evening you had to go to a different property for entertainment. "

Staff was very friendly, especially Miriam at the front desk, who attempted to make us drinks when the bar was closed. She did a great job and was so nice to accommodate us. "This hotel is located in a great area and very close to the beautiful blue rivers. It is in a quiet neighborhood and only a 6 minute walk from the Interlaken West train station. The room was nice with an excellent view of the mountains and most everything is under a 10 minute walk. There is a coop store just a few minutes away. Rooms have to share a shower and bathroom, but it wasn’t an issue and not once did I have to wait to use the bathroom or shower as there were two of them. Lastly, the breakfast was good too with eggs, bacon, cheese, fruit, pastries, and much more! I would stay here again. "

"Wengen is a hidden gem and this property was fabulous! I stayed with my 4 kids on the top level, which was a space with 2 rooms and a loft. We had plenty of sleeping space and magnificent views of the mountains and valley. There are cute shops and fantastic restaurants in Wengen. Hotel Falken offered a nice breakfast, and the staff was welcoming and helpful to us during our stay."
