"We have stayed at this hotel twice already. It's conveniently located and has a beautiful lobby and comfortable rooms. We were traveling with kids both times, and the pullout sofabed worked well. The pool was spacious and clean, bigger than most hotel pools, and the gym overlooking the pool was well equipped. I was able to work out while watching my teens through the large window in the pool. The cooked-to-order eggs or omelettes in the breakfast area was also excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Oh! The front desk also did me a favor by mailing a postcard for me together with their hotel mail. "

"Hotel is located away from hustle and bustle and next to foothills but still close to amenities. Hotel is dated. Beds were very firm. Could use a good update and remodel! Breakfast left a lot to be desired! Very minimal. Elevator was a bit rough landing!! "

"Friendly staff, clean, rooms are large. Only complaint is the bathrooms are really small. Otherwise, a nice place to stay for the value."

"Everything was great…except for the fact that I didn’t sleep a wink all night. There was a college sports team staying the same night that we did and they were so loud, seemingly having a party the entire night. I’m not sure if they were on the same floor as us or above us, but I could plainly hear everything they were saying, yelling, singing, etc. I understand that hotels probably make more money when they’re able to book blocks of rooms to schools like this, but some consideration should be made for other guests staying on the same night. "

"It was a very bad experience. When my girlfriend and I checked into our jacuzzi room we were excited to use the jacuzzi. We did get in pretty late about 9pm but figured we'd have plenty of time to relax before going to bed, we were wrong. After filling up the jacuzzi tub we tried the jets over and over with no luck. I went down to tell staff at the front desk because he wasn't answering my phone calls. He was on the phone with someone sounded like his girlfriend. He stated that the room shouldn't have been booked as the problem was reported the prior night for maintenance. I said well what the heck I want a discount then. He then stated no discount as he can get me into another similar room. I stated I would deal with the discount issue in the morning. Well after packing our things and heading to the new room. We find out the room keys would not work. So again I go down the front desk. He re programs the keys and says they should work no I try and no luck again! I go back down and he follows me and tries, no luck. He then goes gets the master and that works so he proceeds to mess with the room whole we wait. He comes back and says ok I've moved you to a different room again that the key does work. We fill up the tub to the new room and the knob is missing for the jets. So then we have to move again it's about 230am at this point. We finally got to use the jacuzzi in the new new new room. Moved 3 times! Called corporate in the morning said they would investigate has beenaweek."

"Nice and clean. Wished there was a hot tub and the pool was a little chilly. Other than that, it was great!"
