"Good location, good staff. TV was cable only which most of hotels now of days aren’t. There was a light by the door that didn’t work, a lamp that didn’t work with a USB port to charge my phone that didn’t work with the one I brought (Mine was too big to fit). There was a wall that had a patch, wasn’t painted in still. There weren’t remotes in the room, I had to ask for staff to bring one up. When I told them about the lamp they just brought another one to the room, handed it to me, and asked me to replace it myself. Which I had no clue how to do. Overall, a mediocre experience. Although most of the staff were nice I did not find that lamp situation very helpful. I am not sure if I will be staying here again."

"We booked this last minute when we were in Pacifica. It was the last available room, but I didn't like that the windows were open with no screen or gate. We have 3 kids and it made me uneasy. The next thing was the TV -- the programs wouldn't load and even after spending several minutes trying to create a Samsung account, it didn't work and we ended up using our own device for a quick show. For $180 for one night, the TV should have worked properly. "

"Fantastic as always. Supremely comfortable bed! Lovely staff. Beautiful view. This is second time in as many months I stayed here and I absolutely love this place. I highly recommend it. Our neighbors were super loud until midnight, that was my only complaint. And there is no one to answer the office phone that late so I couldn't do anything about it. But I would still stay there again in a heartbeat. "

"What a gorgeous view of the ocean and shamrock ranch!! We stayed here for a week, while construction was underway at our home, it was a lifesaver!! Everything was there to cook meals, do laundry, and the beds were super comfy. The deck and yard were so relaxing, very grateful for this lovely home away from home!!!!"
