"booked two nights but end up staying for only one night because owner said our second night is already booked by another person. they told me about this when we arrived at the place after driving 13 hrs. they didnt even bother to call or msg us thru expedia or call to advise us."
"Good clean establishment we found the breakfast 3 times not hot at all and the lids left open not by the guests.. selection of food is mainly Philippine not much else, if the food was hot then 5 stars. The Manager Gerald was excellent!!!"
"The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up"

"The hotel was very nice. But the Filipino hospitality and brand of service was the real reason why we enjoyed our stay. "
"The stay waa great. The hotel's location is strategic and accessible to all your needs. The supermarket is just in front of the hotel. Laundry shop is only 3 blocks away same with the church. Breakfast is included in the accommodations from its restaurant. The food selection was really good. "

"Staff are polite & friendly,offers help.However maintenance took a little time to fix problem in the room.Closet creaking badly-quick oil in brackets maybe?The bigger pillow,unusually big & hard -so uncomfortable.Sad coz it's beautifully located.Kids running in the hallway,guests doors kept open & you hear voices echoing in the hallway @ night.There should at least be rules in place for that.Plated food in the stead of breakfast buffet was horrible.Wishing them luck.All in all I appreciated the staff.❤"
