I discovered this hotel thanks to the positive reviews and it truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast selection was impressive—even with my dietary restrictions, I found plenty of delicious options. The staff stood out for their genuinely warm hospitality and exceptional service; I’d give them more than five stars if possible! From the seamless airport pickup and quick room preparation to resolving a minor issue in record time, every detail was taken care of. Since our study research visit required daily travel to some surrounding remote areas, the staff went above and beyond to arrange reliable cab services, ensuring our commutes were smooth—even during tropical storms. Outstanding service all around—thank you!

Convenient location to tourists sites and easy parking. Ate at 3 of the hotel restaurants and they were all excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good with many choices to satisfy your cravings. The staff is well trained and courteous and very responsive. We booked our sightseeing activities at the front desk and was very pleased and happy with the company they booked us with.
