"Room was clean. I had a meeting that I needed to attend and it would be late getting to the hotel I called ahead and the staff allowed me to check in early. I was able to get My key and check out my room and drop off my bags. Big relief for me. Cookie was delicious too "

"I stayed two nights and the first night I went out to smoke snd stepped in a pile of human feces. I reported it and nothing was done to resolve the issue until the next shift members came in and stated cleaning the property.. it was directly outside the entrance in the back by the pool area. "

Main reason i picked that place, and when i complained, i was told there was a notice in the booking confirmation that it was closed. I have however yet to find it on my end! But the hotel itself...5 stars "
