"The Inn on Broadway is a hidden gem in downtown Rochester. We were in town for a concert and a music festival and chose this hotel because it was in the middle of the two venues. Very clean, quiet; the staff were friendly and accommodating- it was an excellent experience. "

"The listing says parking available, but you have to park on the street and move your car back and forth depending on the day you are there. The house looked decent when we first arrived, then we started noticing; the mold on the ceilings, the stains on the bedding and towels, mirrors and decorations with the price tags smack in the middle of them, a very small refrigerator, dirty dishes and cups, an old Keureg cup left in the machine, a bar of soap.. just a bunch of not so great surprises. Would not stay here again. "

"I had never been in this neighborhood before. It’s an extremely cute area. The garage parking access was a huge perk. The condo gives a modern feel, with a style of NYC condos.
It was easy to get to and check in. The bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen is a little small, but we didn’t cook anything, so it wasn’t a big deal for us.
It would be a very interesting place to live as a single person or a couple with no kids. "
