"Well i rented the property 2 months b 4 the trip. Three days b 4 i was to leave ,i ask about a early check in and im informed the property is rented and i have no place to stay. Billy the property manager said his assistant was supposed to message me weeks ago. Oh that makes it better. Set me up in a different place. Needless to say Billy w not b getting my business again. Oh and the other place was a apartment not a house as i originally rented. "

"The house was clean and well stocked with travel supplies (soap, shampoo, laundry, etc). Did not use the hot tub as it looked very cloudy. Nice location to get around greater Cleveland."

The property was well kept and the neighborhood was very quiet. Super close to many shopping and dining options as well as being close to Cleveland. "
