"The Waterman is a loverly pub doing good beer and good food and the staff are great. Have stayed there on numerous occasions and the rooms are cosy but lovely and perfect for me on my own. Great location too, easy to cross the river and be in town in under 10mins. I will def stay there again.
Staff even helped me getting a taxi to the station this morn when i thought i would miss my train bit i just made it!! So thank for that guys and thanks for a lovely stay in Cambridge!"

"Stunning location on the river, feels like you are in the countryside rather than the City but so walkable. Very friendly staff and made to feel very welcome. My favourite hotel this year. "
"Staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast good and good choice. Also catered for those with allergies eg gluten free, oak milk etc. impressed. Room clean and adequate."
"The room was very clean, but cold, receptionist gave us another room as couldn’t get heating to work, had same problem with the next room. She couldn’t get it to work either but brought us a heater which warmed the room very quickly. She was very good & came back later to check it had warmed up. Would definitely recommend hotel to others"
"The flat I stayed in was very nice and well located in a quiet area waking distance from the center, and right by a grocery store. The company running it, however, could do a better job. Several items were missing: a laundry rack, cutting board, iron, a light bulb in the fridge and by the bed. They also didn’t turn the heating on before my arrival, so it was freezing. I spent the first morning communicating with them about all the missing items, and they brought most of them. However, one would expect things to be right when one arrives. "
