Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington D.C. – Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean and was a good size. I was there a few days before Christmas, the hotel was VERY crowded, the lobby, the dining areas, everywhere there were people as if there was a big wedding in the hotel. The breakfast was good, especially the coffee at breakfast time was absolutely delicious! But good luck finding a seat in the dining area. Total madness.
I don't know if the hotel is normally that crowded, but i am going to assume it's due to Christmas. There were alot of kids running around too, which surprised me.
The location is close to everything, including city center! Their evening reception is great, loved their free snacks and drinks. For the volume of business/crowd this hotel serves, it will satisfy most travelers. "
"The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. As someone from out of state visiting for sightseeing I was impressed by how helpful their advice was. Made my trip easier and more enjoyable!!"
"yes to both however service at breakfast was very slow and the seating in lobby was always crowded during our 3 day stay but loved the hotel and would recommend"
