We visited to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday, and the resort made these special occasions truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Jennifer, the Celebrations Manager, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Her warmth, attention to detail and thoughtful touches made us feel incredibly special, and she went above and beyond to ensure our celebrations were memorable. We enjoyed a fantastic range of experiences, including water activities, a cooking class and cocktail making, as well as beautiful surprises and special treats for our celebrations. Our meal at the Indian restaurant was outstanding, and the food throughout the resort was consistently incredible. We would also like to thank Monisha, who gave us such a warm welcome on arrival, and Babita, who ensured our room was spotless every day. Their care and kindness were truly appreciated. Every member of staff we met was incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming. The hospitality was exceptional, creating a genuine feeling of warmth throughout the resort. "Stunning property with everything you could imagine. So huge and large, so much to do, that great place. Nevertheless we did have a bit of a bad experience on our arrival date as we did have not one but several mess up, that certainly does not count for my 5 star review. Johannes the property director made everything possible in his hands to change our view, and certainly succeeded. We enjoyed our stay lots and would recommend 100%!"

They organised day trips and cabs for us, offered turn down services every night and we even got to have a full body massage in their beautiful spa with 20% off. "I always enjoy staying at Preskil but I had a bit of a bad experience on my check in on Monday, 3 August. I arrived at 9h00 at the hotel and i know that check in was only at 14h00. We sat at the check in area the whole day and my room was not ready at 14h00. The communication was not so clear and if i have known it will take over the check in time i could have gone for a scrub at the spa that time. My 1 colleague had a room 2 hours before me and i sat there till 14h30 without knowing it will take that long. Tired and over it by then."
