Le Preskill island resort is nestled by a crystal-clear lagoon on the south east coast of Mauritius. What I liked most about the hotel is the stunning sea view, mountain, additional facilities, restaurant, and the overall atmosphere. The hotel's customer service is truly exceptional. The staff ( Alain, Mackline, Shenaz, Deepak, Ravi Sankonah, Ravi Teelwah, Chrisna, Anand, Pravin, Cindy ) were great, very welcoming and helpful. The food was terrific. The restaurant serves Mediterranean, local, Asian, and European cuisines. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday and the amenities were top-notch, with friendly staff, so I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Preskil and we had a lovely sea view where we could also see the pool. The bathroom was amazing with double sinks, powerful shower and a lot of space. The bed was massive and very comfy. The room was spacious and I loved the decor and aesthetics. Staff were lovely and we enjoyed the water skiing that was included. We also received a beach bag on arrival which was a lovely touch.

The hotel is clean and caters for all types of mobility. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them and they engage in conversation and very polite. The massage at the banyan spa was amazing and the on site dive centre, Scuba world, were first class. The equipment was excellent as was the crew who run it. The hotel food was lovely and there was plenty of variety and choice regardless of your preference. There is even entertainment throughout the day in the pool and at night near to the bar. You can use the SUP and canoes to explore the lagoon or sunbathe on plenty of loungers. Would definitely return for a longer stay in the future. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sad for HB they do not fill the fridge and have no drinks apart from wayer tea coffee. Huge let down. Staff talk between themselves and just ignore you. Over 1h wait for them to bring us some toilet rolls. Food is okish alcoholic drinks watered down or ots really cheap stuff they get in.

VERY CLOSE TO AIRORT BUT NO PLANES GOES OVER THE RESORT. ECOFRIENDLY, extended our check out time till 6 pm instead of traditional 12 noon. BEAUTIFUL ROOM. WE HAD AN UPGRADE THANKS TO EXPEDIA AS GOLD MEMBER TO A SUPERIOR ROOM. ROOM 5122. SUPER CHILLED AND THE HOTAL DID A GREAT EFFORT TO CELEBRATE CHINESE NEW YEAR WITH A CHINESE BUFFET, DRAGON DANCE PARADE AND STAFF WEARING TRADITIONAL CHINESE UNFORMS ETC... A BIG THANKS TO GERARD AND HIS WONDERFUL NAUTICAL TEAM, CORALIE AND HER TEAM MEMBER FOR THE AQUA GYM. WE WILL COME BACK!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room, resort restaurants and staff were all excellent. However we have some comments where improvements could be made: - limited range of reasonably priced wines in the resort restaurants. - information on activities and attractions in the area provided was very limited. We were left to do our own online research which leads to concern over scams and unreliable providers. The resort should provide more information and advice here. - the resort watersports facilities were limited (for example, only one very small windsurf sail was there, and only 1 out of 3 sailing craft was available (other 2 on the beach but we were told they were under repair - no sign of this being done). - limited advice on local restaurants within walking distance (and no footpaths to access local areas).

Passamos algumas horas no hotel pois estava com voo marcado para a parte da noite. Fica a 15min do aeroporto. Atendentes bem educados e prestativos. A praia do hotel eu não gostei muito da estrutura de cadeiras e barracas. Ficam alguns vendedores tb que não me agradaram O restaurante eu gostei bastante da comida.

We had a 9-nights stay at the Preskil Island Resort (in a Prestige Room with sea view). Overall rating: 3.5 out of 5. We got a great welcome by the concierge and butler - and then the view of the sea. Wauw! Furthermore, we were lucky to get the room earlier than expected (already at 9AM instead of 2PM). Furthermore, we were lucky to get a room “far away” (approx. 300 meters) from the main building, which where it is more quite and less windy - just perfect for us. A clear recommendation to the Resort is to add parasoles to these rooms with a small private garden area. However, no information about the facilities (activities like tennis and water sports and how/where to borrow equipment and how/when to book a table in restaurants) was shared upon arrival/check-in. Included in the price was daily delivery of water bottles (2x 0.5 liters). This was super nice. But the time of delivery varied between 11AM and 4PM. Not super reliable if you are thirsty. One day we reached out to the reception four times about missing water refill, where we got the standard reply “we will send the responsible person immediately” - which took several hours. We had dinner both at restaurants Rendez-vous (the buffet) and Mosaic. Overall, the food is fine and the variety is great. We can recommend the pizzas in the buffet. However, we found it a little annoying when we saw a clear “upgrade” on the food (better quality and greater variety) during weekends vs. everyday (Monday-Thursday). Apparen

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Despite paying for an all-inclusive package, I was told that i would be charged extra for a simple mocktail — even though it contained no alcohol. On top of that, a restaurant on the property were not included in the package, which defeats the purpose of booking all-inclusive in the first place. Service was equally frustrating. I received a phone call at 10am, waking me up, just to be told I had to vacate the room by 11am — something that could have been communicated more politely or earlier without disturbing my rest. Staff seemed indifferent and unwelcoming throughout my stay. I couldn't help but feel that my Mauritian passport may have influenced how I was treated, even though I reside in the UK. This is the most unprofessional hotel experience I’ve had, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Overall, very disappointing as I was looking forward to my stay.
