Our AC/Heating unit was extremely loud so we tried turning it off and opening the window, but the screen was bent and the bugs came in.

When I arrived the front desk had my paperwork and keys waiting on me. I have never experienced that anywhere.

Me and 4 kids stayed 2 nights. Everthing was clean,hotel smelled nice. Pool was perfect for the children. They were sad we had to leave!

Hotel front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, I was able to secure early check in at 12PM. Housekeeping staff were friendly and polite. Morning breakfast bar included a waffle maker and batter.

Mediocre as expect but with a cockroach
Biggest complaint was finding a cockroach climbing up the wall next to the mirror in the bathroom. Other things that bothered me: the smell of my room (like a long term tenant with poor hygiene had cleared out last minute just so I could stay for the night), limited options for breakfast, and the incessant banging of hallway doors like people were coming and going throughout the night. All other issues are to be expected for a 2 star hotel.

The only thing we had an issue with was the toilet in our room, room #300. The toilet was LOW, lower than a standard and with my husbands disability and high fall risk, that was a concern.

I am so sorry about the issue you experienced during your stay. Our hotel does have handicap accessible rooms that are available on the first floor that have hand rails and high raised toilets for accommodations as well as roll in showers. We do hope you will stay with us again and please call our hotel directly for a room that will be more adequate for you.

After booking online, took about 15 minutes to get checked in and get room key. When got to room, it hadnt been cleaned. They then transferred me to a room with 2 queens when my booking was for a king.
