"The property is quirky, the staff are excellent, the dining is good. There are some old-fashioned touches - washing lines in the bathroom - and in places there is a clear need for refurbishment, but it's a comfortable place to stay. And the swimming pool is excellent. I realise from other reviews that one must book a superior room in order to have bottled water and tea-making facilities in the room, but in my view this should be available in all rooms as standard."

"Local bom, com localização boa. A primeira entrada no prédio foi um pouquinho difícil, mas as demais muito fáceis. O apartamento estava com uma limpeza nota 8, com oportunidades de limpeza no box do banheiro e no chão próximo à cama."

The window in the street facing bedroom does not shut properly on the right hand side, it doesn’t latch. Allows the noise in, rain in too when the shutter isn’t lowered. Even the shutter does not close all the way on the left hand side. The bathroom vent window is difficult to operate and shut once opened. The comforter blanket on the bedding has...

Tivemos um probleminha, porque reservei quarto com camas de solteiro e quando chegamos era de casal, como ei tinha salvas as conversas, eles prontamente providenciaram um outro quarto para minha amiga. Tudo perfeito, bem localizado, fomos a pé até os restaurantes da ViIla Madalena e andamos muito de metrô que fica próximo também. Bem equipado. Nada a reclamar."
