"The flat is absolutely not what is promoted on Expedia. I rented the flat for my family of four because on Expedia it said that it is suitable for 4 people. However, one of the beds that the flat offers is a sofa-bed that is completely broken. Alongside this, the flat was totally dirty when we arrived. "It was very easy to access. The ID verified room technology worked great. We were placed in room 14B. Unfortunately the hot water did not work in our room. Based off of other Google reviews - it hasn't worked for a while. Talking to the Charlie team via WhatsApp was quick and easy. The improvement needs to come from the maintenance team. We had a maintenance person come three separate occasions - to which they reported that it worked in great condition. Finally after four days of asking to...
