"No one speaks English nor Spanish. The food was very poor, specially at breakfast time. It was very difficult to book the transportation from the Airport to the hotel, because they are the only ones that do it. Its a very expensive hotel, and you expect much more"

"The people working there are very nice! The place is average and I only stayed one night on my way to another city. I would not chose this hotel to stay for a vacation. The area is horrible and not that nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for one night. I didn’t like the food either!!! I give five stars to all the members of staff, they are very friendly and if it wasn’t for them I’d rate this place even lower!!! "
