Incredible value for money and we had efficient and timely customer service. In addition, when we needed help with a pharmacy purchase, the front desk was immediately on it and helped us have it resolved in 15 minutes. The breakfast had a good variety and great tapioca. The beautiful sea right outside and close to everything, super convenient. I highly recommed!

The people working there are very nice! The place is average and I only stayed one night on my way to another city. I would not chose this hotel to stay for a vacation. The area is horrible and not that nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for one night. I didn’t like the food either!!! I give five stars to all the members of staff, they are very friendly and if it wasn’t for them I’d rate this place even lower!!!

O quarto é amplo, iluminado e arejado. A limpeza e o cuidado com os jardins é patente em todas as áreas da propriedade. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e pró ativos. O quarto era super confortável, roupa de cama suave ao toque e frigobar abastecido. Em relação aos demais espaços, o hotel é uma delícia. Tem um belo jardim e para quem vai com a família, ele é maravilhoso. Tinha várias atividades para as crianças e adultos. A piscina é aquecida e funciona até às 22h. O café da manhã também é muito bom, mas o que eu mais gostei foi do atendimento da equipe, todos muito gentis e super atenciosos. Eu estava com minha mãe, que estava um pouco debilitada, e a equipe me auxiliou com tudo que precisei. Foi a melhor escolha que poderia fazer.
