Villa Stone House by Villas Guide

Villa Stone House is located in the village of Čepljani, in the interior of Istria. This stone villa was built in 1918 and completely renovated in 2022. Now it is a modern house in a row, equipped with modern furniture and appliances, with comfortable rooms and a well-kept garden with an outdoor pool. It can accommodate 6 guests and is happy to accommodate pets.



The interior of the villa is 100 m² and consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a modern, bright and pleasant space for relaxing and dining. It consists of a living room with TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen in a modern rustic style. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare meals, make coffee and wash dishes. There is also a guest toilet and washing machine on the ground floor.



There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors of the villa. On the 1st floor there is a room with a double bed, TV and private bathroom, while on the 2nd floor there are 2 rooms that share a bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin and personal hygiene products.



In the courtyard of the villa, on one side, you will find a swimming pool with deckchairs and several relaxation areas. On the other side there is an outdoor dining area and barbecue. Whichever option you choose - swimming and sunbathing or relaxing in the shade - you will have the opportunity to do so in a beautiful Mediterranean environment.



While staying at the villa, you should also explore the surrounding area. Although it is located in a smaller place, everything important is within a 10 minute drive. The town of Umag - 10 minutes away, the first beach - 5 minutes away, the winery - 10 minutes away. And the enchanting Istrian landscape - all around.
