Super faciliteter til alle formål.

Opholdet var super godt, men selve lejligheden bar præg af at være lidt slidt. Alt det omkring liggende i relation til Skiper, var derimod fantastisk. Pool området, solsenge ved havet og mulighed for fysisk aktivitet med tennis padle og golf.

Hochdruckreiniger im Einsatz

Wir waren von 12.06. bis 17.06. 2022 vor 0rt. 5 Tage davon war ein Hochdruckreiniger am Strand im Einsatz. Lärm den ganzen Tag. Man könnte doch solche Arbeiten vor der Badesaison durchführen.Ansonsten tadellos. Sehr gepflegte Anlage.

Perfect!!!

My husband and I absolutely loved this gorgeous apartment. So clean and spacious, and it had everything we needed. The terrace and the view are so beautiful. Staff is attentive and professional, we couldn’t be more pleased. We can’t wait to be back and stay longer. This was such a treat, and highly recommended.

každý sa vyhovára na COVID

Počas nášho pobytu nefungovala reštaurácia, nedalo sa zájsť nikam na raňajky, na obed na večeru. Jedine do Kempinskeho hotela, ktorý je vzdialený asi 300 metrov od rezortu. Nočný a večerný život úplne nulový, nedala sa kúpiť nikde zmrzlina, žiadne vodné športové aktivity, vyhliadky, výlety...nič. Upratanie izby bolo iba vo forme výmeny uterákov, nič viac! Pre deti úplne nevhodné, detské ihrisko bolo iba pre veľmi malé deti, v mori plávali medúzy a voda v bazéne mala 15 °C. Inak pozitívne je, že športoviská sú v cene pobytu, teda dá sa ísť na tenis, basket kedykoľvek zdarma. Kto má rad veľmi veľký pokoj a kľud, tak rezort možno privíta. Tiež má hotel fantastický výhľad na more.

Schöne gepflegte Anlage am Meer

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung von 70qm mit Meerblick , 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder gebucht. Als wir ankamen haben wir festgestellt, dass die Whg auf 2 Ebenen war, mit Dachfenster und ohne Klimaanlage im 2. Schlafzimmer. Der Balkon war mit Meerblick aber spärlich eingerichtet( 2 Plastikstühle und ein kleiner runder Tisch, zu klein um zu frühstücken) und offen(Sonne, Regen). Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und trotz Hochsaison haben sie uns eine andere Wohnung mit Aufpreis angeboten ( die Meeressuite auf der Buchungsseite) die zum Glück noch frei war( die letzte!) Bei der Gelegenheit erfuhren wir dass der obere Teil wo wir zu erst waren, 4 Sterne hat und die Meeressuite 5 Sterne war. Ich finde das sollte man auf der Hotelbuchungsseite erklären damit man weiß was einen erwartet. Der Aufenthalt war super, die Wohnung wunderschön ( 2 klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit schönen Bäder, ein extra WC, eine große Terasse mit künstlichen Rattanmöbel und 2 Liegen), der Privatstrand groß, mit ausreichend Liegen und Schirme, Duschen und Umkleidekabinen. Das Strandrestaurant war leider geschlossen , man musste Wasser und Snacks von dem kleinen Shop neben der Rezeption kaufen und mitnehmen. Das einzige Problem war das Internet und man Mann musste online arbeiten. Durch die Nähe an Slowenien war es sehr instabil. Das Hotel bietet Frühstücksbuffet für 18 EUR im benachbarten Kempinsky, was sehr gut war. Die Gegend ist sehr ländlich mit vielen kleinen Restaurants mit sehr gutem Essen.

Gute Unterkunft (Junior Appartment), toller Kinderpool - allerdings waren die Attraktionen nur an einem Tag eingeschalten. Poolbar und Restaurants hatten geschlossen, obwohl viele Gäste hier waren. Weg zum Meer nicht allzu lang aber etwas steil. Keine Klima im Schlafzimmer (nur im Wohnzimmer). Zum Einkaufen am Besten nach Umag fahren! Wir werden nochmal kommen, da es mit Kind einfach super war 👍

Velká nespokojenost

Zub času je na hotelu velmi znát. Zápach ze záchodu na pokoji jako ve ,,čtyřkové" hospodě. Chybějící mikrovlnka se dá řešit troubou, ale na pokoji není ani obyčejná žinka na nádobí. Tupé, nepoužitelné nože. A to si platíte apartmán čtyř hvězd. Na recepci vám ochotně poradí s cestou na jiné pláže. Vědí proč to dělají, pro malé děti to tu prostě se vstupem do moře není. Dobře to ale kompenzuje bazén, ke kterému mohou pouze hosté hotelu. Bazén velký, s pěkným výhledem. Největším kámenem úrazu je klimatizace. Větrák, který nasává vzduch je přímo na vašem balkonu. Balkonů je tu namačkáno více jak 20? / viz. foto /. Dokážete si představit ten konstantní hluk především v noci? Přímo pod balkóny garáže. Navíc je klima přímo u přistýlky, kde máte děti / v obýváku /, v ložnici ne. Wifi je natolik pomalá, že je spíše nefunkční. Taverna vedle hotelu Kempinski byla TOP, od jídel pro děti, po čerstvé ,,seafood".

The location overlooking the Adriatic sea is amazing, it extends across the bay to Piran and Portarose in Slovenia and Trieste in Italy. We visited by car (30 mins) the fantastic fish restaurants in the old town of Piran (Ivo restaurant the best). The Skiper resort has a great restaurant with great views and does a very good breakfast, the gym is very well equipped and the yoga sessions in the morning is a good way to get your day started. Plenty of shaded car parking under the apartments buildings. Large family swimming pool that has a cafe etc. there is a large area on the seaside with cafe and bar and sun beds with steps down to the water. Restaurants in the area are good and the Kempinski is a must visit for a meal or a night cap. There are Nice tennis courts and a large park. It is about 300 metres to the beautiful fully equipped golf club that also provides meals. There is an 18 hole golf course that is in very good condition and has a good degree of difficulty and challenging, we played twice with buggy and loved it even though it was hot. I highly recommend Skiper resort to families, groups, sports enthusiasts and couples alike. We will be back.

Skønt sted med smukke omgivelser!

Smukke omgivelser. Dejligt poolområde og smukt strandområde. Meget børnevenligt. Selvom der var fuldt booket, føltes det ikke som om det var mange mennesker. Fin lejlighed med flot udsigt fra altanen. Restauranten på stedet var ikke noget særligt, hvilket var ærgerligt da den ellers har en super placering. Legepladsen trænger lidt til en hånd, men ellers fin legeplads og der er fodboldbane og tennisbaner og aktiviteter man kan melde sig til. Venligt personale. Vi vil meget gerne tilbage dertil en anden gang.

Excellent for families

It was a vety friendly welcome we experienced here. We had a family vacation with three children. The place is a bit far from any centers of villages, but with your own car it is easy to make daytrips - or just chill out by the pool. We experienced an amazing thunder and lightning show during the last night.

A great resort for a family holiday

The resort is beautiful, both the pool area and the access to the see are very well equipped and the maintenance is good. There was also a beautiful playground for smaller children. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. The minuses were: a very narrow bed with one mattress, plan your departure and arrival time carefully, as traffic jams at the border can be debilitating and the reception desk closes at 9 pm.

여름에 가면 좋을듯 하나 그 이외의 시즌에는 그냥 깨끗한 곳에서 1박하고 거쳐가는 숙박이면 좋은 선택일 것 같다 아무것도 운영하는게 없었지만 우리는 거쳐가는 숙박이라 나쁘지 않았다
