Hotel Umag Plava Laguna has very nice beaches (sand and also gravel), pools and a waterpark for kids. Breakfast was great though quite crowded. The room was clean and rather large yet visibly not the newest anymore. Umag is a very safe town super suitable for families with children and overall so underrated.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour . Cependant la chaleur n'ai vraiment pas a la hauteur. Plusieurs interventions d'un technicien pour réparer la baie vitrée. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas, le premier jour tout l'hôtel été en panne de climatisation. Malheureusement les chambres on une baie vitrée plein sud , donc si la climatisation fonctionne, cela ne sert a rien, ia chambre reste avec une chaleur de 28degres, cela est très difficile surtout avec un bb. Le restaurant, le buffet est très basique , les pattes ou le riz avec plusieurs sauces, pour montrer qu il y'a plusieurs plats , mais cela est très basique , le poisson est pas mal. Sinon la bague est très touristique tout les hitei se mélange etc.... La piscine pour enfants et les toboggan sont vraiment top , ainsi que les infrastructures enfants.

Laute Baustelle für ein unnötiges weiteres Schwimmbecken. Keine funktionierende Klimaanlage im gesamten Hotel. Vermutlich eine zwangsweise Stromsparmaßnahme auf Kosten der Kunden. Da wäre wohl eine Photovoltaikanlage zeitgemäßer. Platz auf den Dächern und als Überdachung für den Parkplatz mit Stromladestellen wäre ja vorhanden. Bitte Aufwachen Hotelmanager.

So an sich war es gut. - Nur die Klima Anlage hat das Zimmer nicht runtergekühlt. Wir müssten zu alten Tricks greifen. Das heißt Abends vorm Schlafen gehen das Fenster voll auf machen und Tags über Fenster zu und Formhänge zu. Dann blieb das Zimmer einigermaßen Kühl. - Die Getränke aus der Zimmer Mini Bar kosten auch extra. Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte schon Recht gut Deutsch. Und Haben alle Fragen sehr gut beantwortet. Das Buffet (zum Frühstück und Abendessen) fannten wir bisschen komisch sortiert. Aber sonst eine sehr gute und große Auswahl. - Was wir bisschen blöd fannten war das zum Abendessen die Getränke-Automaten abgedeckt waren und nicht benutzt werden dürfen. Wenn man was trinken wollte musste man sich was bestellen was man dann zahlen müsste. Strand direkt hinter dem Hotel. Badehandtuch gibt es beim Bademeister am Strand kostenlos mit eine Karte von der Hotel Rezeption. Sauberkeit und Hygiene waren so weit sehr gut. Im nächsten Umkreis waren mehrere sehr gute Restaurants für Mittagessen. Die fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar sind (c.a.900 meter vom Hotel entfernt). Preis Leistung sehr OK sind. Mittagessen war leider nicht zubuchbar beim Hotel.

Das erste Zimmer funktionierte nicht die Klimaanlage es war wirklich nur warme Luft, das zweite Zimmer auch keine Klimaanlage aber etwas Kühler aber dafür behindergerechtes WC. Ich beschwere mich normal nicht aber das war nicht Professional und die Matratzen waren Katastrophe bin enttäuscht😥
