The building is situated in the suburb of Umag called Stella Maris. This is a primarily turistic part of Umag, and in summer it is crouded with people and there are lots of activities. If you like sports in Umag you can play tennis, golf, football, beach voley, basketball, or any of the water sports like surfing, kajak , waterskiing, or diving. At a nearby sand beach the water is unusually shallow and it allows you to try playing an original Croatian beach game called Picigin. The goal is to cast a ball in to the air and use any part of the body to keep it from falling back to the surface of the water for as long as possible. Nearby there is also a place where you can rent jestskys and motorboats. If you wish you can just relax on the beach all day long and play with your family and friends.
If you are a tennis fan every year in July an ATP Tennis Turnament is held in Umag. In the recent years the ATP Umag Croatia open has been the host to numerous famous tennis stars like Rafael Nadal, Novak Đoković, Goran Ivanisevic, Carlos Moya and Thomas Muster.
The town center is about 1,5 km away, or 30 min walk along the sea coast. The path goes along the see and is closed for car traffic. It makes it perfect for bike riding, roller skating or jogging. If you do not wish to walk there is a tourist train stop near the house. The train will take you to the city center in 10 minutes.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. The apartments on the ground floor are surrounded with greenery.

The location is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for families. It is only 5 minutes from the supermarket and 10-15 min from great selection of beaches for every taste. Only 5 min from the property is a great adrenalin park, a place for fun, recreation and relax suitable for all ages. Nearby we have lots of restaurants, with the selections from seafood to Croatian traditional cuisine, and yes, of course there is pizza.
