With a popular Lakeland pub just a short stroll away this really is the perfect setting for a break in the glorious Lakes for families, couples and friends alike.
Ground Floor The main entrance is situated along the side of Waingarth Cottage and the front door leads into a spacious hallway - perfect for storing coats, boots and bags. Several doors lead off from this central hallway the first of which takes you into a bright and airy sitting room. Double aspect windows include pretty views over the cottage garden an ensure the room is flooded with natural light. A feature log-burner creates a cosy centre-piece to the room and makes for the perfect place in which to relax after a day spent exploring the local area.
Back into the hallway a second door leads to the spacious kitchen and dining room. The country kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer while a handy larder ensures there's ample storage space.The centre-piece of the kitchen is the impressive, traditional Aga, ensuring the kitchen is stuffed full of country kitchen charm.

Lovely cottage, cosy especially after the long walks with the dog. Lovely garden, but is not secured properly for dog to roam around as they can easily get into the field with the sheep and cows, so kept on lead most of the time. Located very close to the pub, which has great food.
