We really enjoyed our stay at Urban Hangouts. Our studio was really comfy and cozy. Staff were helpful during the check in and check out process. Loved that we could park right infront of our studio. Note that eating options are limited in thr area.

We absolutely loved our stay in our treetop villa (with monkeys in the surrounding trees!) Rosziah and Dyna were wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay so special. They collected us from airport, stopped at a convenience store at our request, delivered tasty, home-cooked breakfast with fresh fruit every morning, sorted out the Netflix connection AND drove us to our next accommodation. They were friendly and helpful and looked after us so well!

The whole experience was amazing. The staff cant do enough for you! Very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that it was a little expensive in the resort, but i suppose thats to be expected. A can of drink from the mini bar was 18 ringett and the shop down the road sold them for 1.70. However i will be going back there for sure! Great holiday.

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was neat, tidy & clean. Couldn’t rate the Smith House high enough. If I’m ever back in Langkawi, I will be heading here to stay. 5 Stars!!!

We really enjoyed our family stay at Ritz Carlton Langkawi with our toddler. The room was impressive (very spacious, clean, ocean views - one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in), breakfast buffet was amazing and the hotel was very kid friendly. We appreciated the little things that customer service thought of - one day we came back to our room and there was a kids tent in the room! Fabulous place to stay. The staff were all fantastic, welcoming, polite and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the amenities topped up and the room was always spotless after they had been. The Spa service was excellent. All the facilities were great. The beach is very nice. We were lucky to get some nice weather in the rainy season which certainly helped the experience. We had never been to Malaysia before and didn't really know what to expect. This place was one of the best on cenang beach and so close to all the restaurants and pubs. Wonderful rooms and great breakfast! If you want to stay on cenang beach, this hotel is a must!

We were warmly greeted by staff on arrival plus received both arrival massage and drink (which was quite good). Definitely felt welcomed and on holiday the moment we step foot into the hotel. Staff was continually accommodating throughout our stay. Daily breakfast was great. All in all we had a wonderful 5 star experience.

Very impressive experiences in Ambong Ambong. It is a very special hotel on a hill, small but comfortable. We lived in room s3, the one on top, with great ocean view. Every morning, we were waken up either by thoes fighting monkeys on roof top of our room, or by the shower rain hotting the roof top. It is a kind of feel that is far away from big modern cities, relaxable. The staffs there are very nice and helpful. I would like to thank them again here.
