Staff was excellent; lobby area was nice with complimentary coffee, tea, water bottles, and cookies. Disposable utensils and plates were also available.
The room and washroom was dated. The room was also not sound proof from rooms above and below. There is AC, kettle, and dryer available in the room. The room could accommodate 5-6 guests (Family)

Wonderful hotel for foreigners. Property was clean and very central to many landmarks. Front desk spoke english well and were very helpful, even helping when we had concerns about our train status to Busan. Self service laundry was very useful. Highly recommend!

"My second time of visiting as a solo female traveller from the U.K. checking in was amazing and staff friendly. The solo room was perfect includes a fridge. In the lobby is a microwave. The eco clean is great but they still left clean towels etc outside the door. Would’ve liked the option of another ..."

"The gym is the best I’ve found in a hotel in Seoul. Proper squat rack if not a hexbar Completely ridiculous that you’re paying that price and you go downstairs and they tell you you can’t get a set at the buffet. Big red flag. The buffet is amazing. Their system is wack"
