"Ideal for a visit to the area, lovely location and staff. No restaurant in the evening but they have frozen meals you can buy - unfortunately they don't advertise this on their website and info so we had no idea it was an option on our late arrival which would have been really useful to know and avoided some stress around finding food."

"Love the hotel. We stayed in the Annex, it’s a bit of a walk from the main hotel, but not bad, just a little different then most hotels we’ve stayed at. The staff was super helpful. Especially when we checked out and drove away with our passports still in the little safe. They were so helpful and saved the day for us! 10 out of 10 for them! They have a little parking lot that is free to use for guests. Would stay there again!"

"No restaurant, and no bar says it all. Should be called rooms as it certainly isn't a hotel ! Receptionist on arrival was the most unhelpful person I've experienced this year, everything seemed so much bother for her. Added to that, the smell was hideous down the front hallway, and the staff would not recognise it despite a few comments. Highlight of this stay was the pub round the corner, anything to get away from the smell."

"체크인이 무인이라 해외 전화 발신 안되시면 불편하실거에요 유럽에서는 자주 있는 일이라 저는 괜찮았습니다 호스트분 정말 친절하시고, 아빠 건강때문에 엘베 꼭 필요하다고 하니 1층방을 주셔서 편하게 이용했습니다. 위치는 기차역 코 앞이고, 어디든 그냥 편히 다닐수있습니다. 욕실도 넓어요. 건식 아니라 편했습니다. 침대도 크고 편해요. 다시 돌아온다면 여기서 또 묵을겁니다."

"The pool was closed due to refurbishing, the sauna and steam room you had to pay for, this was not as advertised. Staff unhelpful and defensive. The rooms are not sound proofed therefore you can here the people in the room next to you. There were ongoing works being done with workmen on site early in the morning, which also created noise. The surroundings are nice, the hotel is disappointing and not worth the advertised rate it is currently asking."

"It’s a slightly tired hotel and not very quiet , receptionist was rather abrupt several times … it’s my first time at the hotel it’s convenient and the security staff are one hundred times more pleasant and the omelette chef was a star ! Very nice chap indeed . I now know next time to book a deluxe room sadly booking a double meant I got twin beds …. And no chance of a topper for the second night . Lesson learned … room was super basic ."

"Our host was great, very welcoming and super easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The place was very cute and stocked well. Beds were comfortable. Having the breakfast option was so lovely and eggs were cooked perfectly. Would stay again. "
