私は何十年も貴ホテルを利用しております。 1番のお気に入りはお掃除かわ行き届いていることです。本当に気持ち良くて安心です。 また途中から大浴場ができた事です。これもたまらなく嬉しいです。そして朝食だけですが 全部美味しいです。駅にも近いし全てが完璧です。

スタッフの対応は丁寧で、朝食も美味しく良かったのですが、 宿泊した部屋が窓が開かず、冷蔵庫も電源を入れても使えなかったので、少し残念でした。 でも隣室はちゃんと窓も開き、冷蔵庫も使えたとの事で　その部屋だけだったのか…以外は良かったです。

ほっこりとした感じの女性スタッフさんに出迎えて頂き、部屋に入って電気が点かずフロントにすぐに電話をかけた際、口頭でも丁寧に対応して頂きました。（キーと一緒に渡された紙に点け方がちゃんと書いてありました。） 時間帯で男女の入浴時間が変わりますが、お部屋のお風呂の他に大浴場があります。それも千曲地域ならではの魅力の一つだと思います。お値段もリーズナブルなので、またぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。

概ね快適でした

大浴場が綺麗でアメニティもしっかり揃っており快適でした。部屋はシングルでも十分な広さ。禁煙ルーム選択しましたが、入室後臭いがかなり気になり、慣れるまで時間を要した事が残念です。あと、すぐ近くに店やCVSが無いので、車移動での利用が前提かと。

朝食込みのいつものルートインです。駐車場が敷地内にあり、無料は便利。感染対策にもかなり気を使っている感じで快適に過ごせました。朝食ブッフェの時のハンドグローブも皆さん実施されていて、日本人まじめだなと改めて感心しました。

駅近くの無難なビジネスホテル

ビジネスでの利用でした。戸倉山田温泉は選択肢がある一方で、戸倉駅から遠く、屋代駅から近いこのホテルを良く利用します。大浴場を含め、全体的に衛生状態が良かっただけに、洗面器の縁の裏の汚れが気になりました。
