"Check in was contactless and it directed the guest to a hotel on the other side of downtown for more information. There wasn't anyone at the hotel to answer questions and I had to call a number to get buzzed into the building. Cons: Leider waren die TV Geräte sehr veraltet und es war keine Verbindung der TV Geräte zum Internet (Mediatheken) möglich. Die Senderauswahl war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Kein Radio vorhanden. Leider gab es trotz zweier Bäder nur eine Dusche im Erdgeschoss."

"Excellent hotel. Clean and quiet room with a lake view. Very comfortable bed. Slept better throughout our vacation there than at home. We stayed during a heatwave and the room had excellent air conditioning. Helpful and friendly staff. Plentiful and varied breakfast. Location great as a few minutes walk from both the main train station and bus station. Cannot fault anything during our stay and If we visit the area again we would definitely stay here."
