"I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. "No Wi-Fi any where, I don’t mind that, but, advertising with the statement of free Wi-Fi is a lie. It is not acceptable. I faced no electricity for all night too. No small carts are buggies are available for transport of guests or passengers. Evening walks with iPhone light is scary and impossible on rainy nights. "Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness.
