The home includes:
• 1 full bathroom with tub/shower combination
• 1 additional half bathroom upstairs

Fresh towels, face cloths, hair dryer, Carina Organics shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for guest use.

Please note the home currently features a French press coffee setup rather than a traditional drip coffee maker.

Laundry facilities are located within the home near the entry area.

All Blue Crush linens and towels are professionally laundered using Canadian-made Nellie’s Laundry products, which are unscented, environmentally conscious, ocean safe, and gentle for sensitive skin. We also avoid dryer sheets and heavily fragranced products to create a cleaner, more comfortable environment for guests.

The homeowner lives on-site in a separate private area of the property and may occasionally be available to assist with questions or troubleshooting while still respecting guest privacy.

On-site parking is available for guests during their stay.

Additional street parking may also be available nearby depending on vehicle size and availability.

Fee: $50 per dog plus applicable taxes.

Please help us protect local wildlife by keeping dogs from chasing shorebirds and other animals.

Dogs are not permitted on furniture.

BOOKING POLICIES

• Minimum booking age is 25+
• Cleaning fee plus applicable GST, PST, and MRDT taxes apply to all bookings
• Peak summer season requires a 3-night minimum stay with back-to-back reservations to avoid gaps
• Canadian statutory holidays require a 3-night minimum stay
• Winter holiday and long weekend rates may vary
• Discounts may apply for stays of 7+ nights outside peak season
• Cancellation policy: Full refund less $50 cancellation fee plus GST if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival
• Reservations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable
• Direct booking damage deposits of $300 are held at check-in and released 5 business days after check-out pending no damages

• Please do not leave dogs unattended outside. Bears, wolves, cougars, eagles, and other wildlife are common on the West Coast. Guests are responsible for being mindful of their pets and surroundings at all times, particularly with smaller animals
• Guests are responsible for securing the property during their stay
• Outdoor fires must comply with all current Provincial and local fire bans and restrictions
• Any damages, excessive cleaning, or bylaw violations may result in additional charges
