"Very nice location and hotel. The only thing I will say is we came home at 4:30 am Monday morning after watching the England match but we couldn’t access the hotel and unfortunately I use a mobility scooter due to limited mobility. My partner had to walk to the front and leaving me on my own at the back of the propery, which made me feel very unsafe and vulnerable m.
when he eventually managed to get in they explained the buzzer wasn’t working & hasn’t been since January, which was not very helpful for us on that particular morning. I am a regular guest at Leonardo hotels all over the country so I was very disappointed with this. Disorganised and unsafe !"
