Good stay
Great stay, good pool, breakfast was average. But for the price and location you can't complain. On a road with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes.

Quiet peaceful setting
Inata Bisma is one of 4 hotels owned by the Artini group, and is walking distance to both Casa Luna cooking school, Honeymoon Kitchen and Sacred Monkey Forest. Staff is excellent but the food was not as refined as their other hotels. Wonderful spa just 1minute away, and there are 2 pools, with one on the edge of rice fields ❤ beautiful mural as you enter.

Quiet, peaceful and wonderful!
The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was so nice and had great food! We enjoyed the quiet and tranquility of the hotel surroundings.

Great value for money
If you want piece of quietness in ubud, this is the hotel for you. Super affordable. Make sure you use their "private driver" shuttle service. They will take you anywhere within ubud centre. The only thing is you might not have a "hot hot" shower at night. For this price, I didn't complain.

A gem. Loved it. Want to go back.
I originally wanted to stay with at this restaurant for 3 days but could not leave! They were like family during my stay and made me feel right at home. Breakfast in the morning included. People called me by name and always greeted me with a smile and kind words. I loved this place. The room was large and comfortable, overlooking a rice field. It was a 5 minute walk into Ubud and by scooter, you can be everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Perfect location. It is also peaceful and a great place to relax and detox from a hectic lifestyle. Try it out. Say hi for me.

Peaceful oasis
We loved staying here! The hotel is a short walk to the shops and restaurants and away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. We were travelling with our 1 year old so it was good to get away from the noisy streets and enjoy the quiet of the hotel grounds. We often ate in the restaurant at the hotel for dinner, which was very nice. They have a high chair which we couldn't have done without! The only criticism that I will make is that we had to request a baby cot on arrival, even though our booking stated that one was included free of charge, and we specifically requested one when booking. They were originally going to charge us for it until I pointed out that the booking info stated it was a free inclusion. We would definitely stay here again, despite this small hiccup.

awesome place
had a very pleasant 3 nights stay at Inata Bisma. located off the main street, took about 10 minutes walk to the monkey forest road. staffs were very welcoming right from the beginning. they were very friendly and helpful. every staffs seems to remember which room we stayed, makes the stay more personal. room was big with rice field view. will definitely stay again.

Good hotel in Ubud, disappointing breakfast
Hotel is located a short stroll from the main Monkey Forest Road, although is quite dark at night (led torch on your mobile phone is definitely required). The hotel itself was quite nice, we were in one of their newer rooms. Beds were not comfortable and there was a lot of construction at a new hotel next door that was annoying. This also mean that we could not open the curtains as the view was of concrete foundations and workers. Free wifi was available, but was terrible. The worst part of our stay was the breakfast. The hotel makes you order the night before, which can make it difficult as minds can change. I made the mistake of ordering a western breakfast which arrived cold, with stale bread and fermented jam. I couldn't help but wonder if the breakfast meals were made some time in advance prior to being served. The hotel would be quite good if they review their breakfast.

Excellent hotel and good distance to walk into Ubud central. Hotel car pick up and drop off in Ubud area great idea. This is the 3rd time we have stayed and will keep going back as staff are excellent. Only stay in new building in Executive suites which are very spacious.

Nice quiet location but needs some improvement
Nice, quiet location within short walk to central Ubud right at Monkey Forest end, but disappointing stay though. Very poor wifi and ended up having to use mobile phone as hotspot. Room cleanliness needs improving - sheets, towels, etc were dirty, bathroom door didn't remain locked and popped open at unexpected times and had large gap (if you wanted privacy), bathroom and toilet were quite dated with no ventilation and mouldy/dirty shower curtain, beds and pillows didn't provide good sleep, food was basic and cold at times, no lunch on one day as they were cleaning the dining area and it was just closed. We checked out 5 days earlier than paid for but hotel would not refund anything.

Nice hotel & very accommodating staff but the location is not ideal if you like to walk to shops and restaurants in the centre of town. We had to take the hotel shuttle every time we wanted to go out. The street is not wide enough for two cars to pass & for pedestrians it is a long walk to the centre of town.

Pleasant quiet hotel
A small hotel overlooking rice fields with a 'rural feel' but just a short walk to the main shopping area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome.

Great place to unwind.
Room is huge. People are friendly. Generous serving of breakfast. Quite a long walk from the main road but shuttle available for use until 9.30pm. Other than a slightly broken toilet door and sluggish internet connection (pretty much everywhere in Bali), everything else was close to perfect.

Good option for Ubud
This is a lovely hotel on a less-trafficked street in Ubud. They give you a friendly greeting and welcome drink. I had a nice second floor room with a balcony. There are lots of breakfast options, and you order the night before. One thing to note - there is a convenient cut-through to Monkey Forest Road, making it central, but I wouldn't use this at night as it is dark, so you need to go to the main road and take Bisma Street to get to the hotel at night.

Great, apart from the 3% charge scam
The only thing to complain is they charged 3% fee when paying with credit card, while the hotel next door (Pertiwi 2) does not. I think this 3% credit card fee is a scam and they can't even explain what the 3% is for. I refused to pay the extra charge so I paid the bill in cash.

Lovely place, hope to come again.
This place is lovely. We were given an upgraded room, which has been newly decorated. The rooms and bathrooms were huge, and the only thing I could fault was that I think the shower could do with more of a scrub. They seem to be busy updating many areas of the hotel. The grounds and pools were a great place to relax, looking out over rice paddies. The hotel was an easy 15 min walk to town or there is a shuttle if you wish. The restaurant did not have many people dining except at breakfast, but all the food we had there, both western and indonesian was delicious and well presented and priced. The one thing that stood out for us was how much the staff looked like they enjoy working there. They were always willing to help, and they just seem to be often smiling and happy.

Decent hotel, poor service
We had a really nice room with a view of the rice fields. The hotel is a short walk to the center of town. Our main issue was with the service. The staff was nice but inexperienced. We had to ask five times before they refilled our body wash and shampoo in the shower. They also forgot to charge us when we checked out and said everything was settled. Later the manager emailed us to settle the bill. We were happy to pay the bill but the way he communicated it made us feel guilty by saying they wouldn't be paid for six months unless we paid the bill. He also tried to bill us for more than the amount in the reservation. After we sent the payment we got no response from the hotel at all. A simple thank you would have sufficed.

Quiet getaway
Nice quiet getaway with pool overlooking lush green padi fields. Only thing is that it's a bit of a walk from the main town, and the shuttle bus service was pretty inconsistent - on 2 occasions we were told that we had to wait 1.5 hours for our next ride even though we had it booked earlier. We took cabs instead.

The hotel is fine but not as good as others at this price point. We had a few problems with the room that detracted from our stay; no hot water for first 24 hours, fridge not turned on and thought broken, safe broken, basin tap broken and we had to have the room lights on for any electrical appliances to work. Staff were lovely though and pool areas were nice. On the map the hotel seems to be quite centrally located but it's a decent walk to the town centre and the road/path is not well lit so bring a torch. They have a shuttle though and will take you where you want to go.

モンキーフォレストまで裏道を通って徒歩15分程度で行けます。日が暮れると独り歩きだと心細い道なので、早めの行動をオススメします。ウブド王宮や市場までは徒歩20分から30分で少し歩きます。施設は景色も良く明るく開放感のあるホテルです。シャワーが天井に設置されているタイプなので少し身体を洗うのに不便でした。お湯はちゃんと出るので湯船に浸かれば問題ないかな。温水器の音なのか、ガタガタガタとすごく音が夜中まで響いていました。それが気になる点です。朝食会場は少しだけ離れた場所にあり、とても素敵でした。食事も美味しかったです。スタッフがらとても親切です。また、泊まりたいと思います。

대부분 만족하는 숙박이었습니다. suite level 방을 예약하고 묵었는데 방이 크고 청결하였습니다. 셔틀버스 없이도 우붓 센터에 도보 이동 가능한 위치였으나, 완전 센터에 위치한 것은 아닌 점을 참고해야 합니다. rice terrace가 보이는 뷰와 인피니티 풀은 만족스러웠습니다.

Waren drei Tage in Ubud. Ein toller Ort. Zum Affenwald sind es nur wenige Meter zu laufen. Uns hat es gefallen, auch wenn das Frühstück a la carte auf Dauer etwas langweilig ist. Frischgepresste Säfte gab es beispielsweise nur per Aufpreis. Auch kam aus der Nachbaranlage in einer Nacht Lärm, wir konnten aber problemlos in ein ruhigeres Zimmer umziehen. Ansonsten traumhaft gelegen, direkt mit Blick auf ein Reisfeld

Utrolig skittent hotell med dårlig frokost
Aldri har jeg bodd på et verre sted. Bildene og klassifiseringen samsvarer på ingen måte med realiteten. Utrolig skittent, dårligste frokosten vi noen gang har spist, gammelt og dårlig service. Vi snakket også med andre som bodde på hotellet og de var helt enig og kom ikke til å bo der igjen. Pluss var koselig bassengområde og at det var ca 15 min å gå til sentrum,så da fikk man sett litt av landsbygda når man gikk ned. Og det var et rolig område.

Peaceful hotel
Hotel staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel is peaceful and homey. Monkey forest and Ubud shopping and restaurant street are close, 5-10 min walk. We would choose this hotel again. Only negative things are: no alcolic drinks available, shower was little bad and beds creaked.

L'ensemble de notre séjour s'est bien passé! Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le personnel est agréable, souriant et à disposition pour toutes demandes. A proximité de la Monkey Forest (5-10min à pied), un peu plus éloigné du centre (20-25minutes à pied). Quelques petit restaurant bon marché (nous avons très bien mangé au Bata Bata) à 2 min. Seul bémol, la construction d'un nouvel hôtel à proximité qui génère un peu de bruit... Pas top pour les adeptes de la grasse matinée, mais ce n'est que temporaire.

정말 만족스러웠습니다. 원래는 수영장뷰 디럭스룸을 예약했는데 업그레이드 되었어요. 덕분에 넓은 공간에서 가족들과 함께 잘 지냈습니다. 수영장이 좀 많이 깊어서 당황스러웠만 그래도 수영 잘 했습니다. 호텔 바로 앞으로 스쿠터 렌탈 택시 예약 마사지샵 다 있어서 편했구요. 과일이나 간단한 음료 사는 곳들도 있어서 좋았습니다. 그리고 조식이 정말 맛있었어요. 팬케이크랑 나시고랭 미고랭 먹었는데 향신료 냄새도 거의 없이 정말 맛있었습니다. 처음 가보는 발리인데 숙소 덕분에 아주 좋은 여행이 되었어요. 다음 여행에도 다시 예약 할 예정입니다.

สะอาด แต่ไกลจากตัวเซ็นเตอร์ของอุยุดโดยการเดิน 20 นาที อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกไม่มากนัก มีรถรับส่งฟรีจาก รร ไปตัวอุบุดทุกๆ 1 ชม

Trevligt hotell som ligger i lugna omgivningar. Rent och fräscht. Lite fattig frukost men totalt ok. Men om du är ute efter ett snabbt wi-fi så ska du inte bo här. Uppkopplingen är oerhört långsam.

3 nuits au top, l hôtel est trés beau du personnel bien placé; c est à dire pas loin de la rue principale mais assez éloigné pour ne pas étendre le brouhaha des voitures et scooters. Une vue très belles sur les rizières, 2 piscines top. Et le personnel super gentils et serviables

Bra hotell som är värt pengarna
Kanon trevligt hotell! Bra bemötande av personal vid ankomst. Lugnt område med en bra pool. Nära till gågatan och nära till monkey forest. Frukosten var bra, man får en helt okej portion mat. Kommer att bo här igen om vi kommer tillbaka till Bali.

Need to walk 10 minutes from the main street. But it has a nice view over the rice farm. The staffs are helpful and friendly. They offer the transfer service from main street back to the hotel.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel qui est parfait à tout points de vue (propreté, cadre, amabilité du personnel...)Un seul bémol il est un peu loin du centre (1,5km) Scooter ou taxi nécessaire.

Perfekt mit kleinen Fehlern
Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und wir werden auch definitiv wiederkommen. Alles spricht für dieses Hotel bis auf winzige Kleinigkeiten die verbessert werden müssten, wie z.B.das Wifi, welches sehr sehr schwach ist und in den Zimmern der hinteren Gebäude gar nicht zu empfangen ist. Die Regendusche die sich nicht zum Haare waschen eignet aufgrund des niedrigen Wasserdrucks, leider gibt es keine separate Handbrause. Das Frühstück ist schlecht auf Vegetarier eingestellt und gar nicht für Veganer. Der Kaffee ist voll mit Kaffeesatz und das Obst teils unreif. Der Rest gleicht die kleinen Fehler allerdings aus.
