localization, staff and cleanness. You can reach anywhere from this hotel easily. Note for improvement: he air conditioner is hard to set and I had a cold air over me because of that.

First, the staff went out of their way to give good service and to ask questions. So, the rating is NOT about any of the staff. The building itself is in poor condition, and it appears the owner spends only the minimum to provide a suitable room. Had I known that, I would have selected another hotel. An example: the shower stall floor is poorly constructed; water on the floor does not properly empty into the drain. I had to manually wipe the water towards the drain. The closet is nonexistent. I feel for the staff who work there and tried to help. The owners seem to not want to give the needed attention and investment in the building.

Andei 800 km querendo tomar um banho quente e descansar, 20 minutos para fazer um check-in, tive que pagar 30 reais de estacionamento (não estava especificado quando comprei as diárias) por 2 vezes a chave cartão não funcionou e tive que descer na recepção, toda cansada, nos mudaram de quarto, CHUVEIRO ? esquenta depois de 5 minutos ligados e aquele dia estava fazendo 10º , torneirinha ao lado do vazo vazando agua, teto com infiltração, de todos os hotéis que já me hospedei esse foi o pior disparado.

Foi uma boa estadia
Gostei do quarto do hotel. Tinha espaço suficiente para o que eu precisava, incluindo um pequeno espaço de trabalho que me foi muito útil. A limpeza estava impecável. O café da manhã é variado, estava servido no horário certinho. A única coisa que me incomodou um pouco foi o fato de não ter restaurante no hotel. A localização central é conveniente por um lado mas perigosa a noite. Fui abordada na rua e tive medo.

O hotel por ser de rede, é acima da média. Diária a preço muito bom. O café da manha é opcional, mas vale muito a pena incluir na reserva. O quarto é amplo e sempre estava muito limpo. O estacionamento também é pago separadamente da estadia.

Atendimento pela recepção foi muito simpático e solícito (Elis/Kat/Matheus/Mari), porém o hotel merece mais atenção, mais zelo. A começar da recepção. Estive em 2022 e agora em 2024 percebo que degradou bastante… A pintura dos quartos merece um retoque, a limpeza do banheiro merece uma atenção especial no mobiliário e janela. Uma das toalhas não usadas estava com mancha de sujeira… A regulagem do ar condicionado foi difícil. Mesmo na classificação 3 estrelas, o que descrevi não é nenhuma exigência de outro porte. Pela simpatia da recepção, a estadia foi considerada atendendo a proposta (1 noite), mais do que isso, reconsidere…
