"Staff was very courteous, Laura at the reception desk and Jose (Josefa) in the breakfast area. We had poor internet reception in our suite and Laura contacted the phone company hoping to solve the issue. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved after our 3 day stay."

"The hotel is like a B&B in states. It is furnished and decorated with heirloom antique items. It felt like staying in a historical home of a friend. The host is friendly and courteous. Staying here is the highlight of the Ubeda visit. "

"Hotel located about 1.5 kilometers from the centre so a bit of walking required. Lovely swimming pool. Helpful staff. Nice large room, but neighbours from a bus tour arriving home at 1:30 in the morning, talking loudly in the corriders and letting kids run around also. Asked them to quiet down which they ignored."
