Property foot in the sand newly renovated with 4 suites + 1 bedroom. All bedrooms and living room with air conditioning, fans and independent access from the house. Bathrooms with granite countertops and sink. Cup / Kitchen complete with countertop for appliances, pantry and cabinets. Gourmet balcony with barbecue, pizza oven and kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Balcony for reading and resting with sun loungers, tables, benches and armchairs Laundry room with washer and dryer. The location of the house is the strong point! Right in front of the sea you can enjoy the beach with great comfort and tranquility. In the sunny hours, the house's balcony welcomes guests who seek shade without "leaving" the beach. The late afternoon is a true spectacle where the sun's rays, the water and the green of nature mix in the colors and reflections of the landscape.

A nossa estadia foi ótima
A casa é maravilhosa, pe na areia
A Leia muito atenciosa, sempre nos ajudando e tirando todas as dúvidas
Só tivemos um problema no último dia pois entraram na casa e como deixamos o carro aberto que estava no jardim em frente a casa levaram alguns pertences que estavam nele
Então fiquem atento quando for dormir em recolher os pertences e fechar os carros que ficam no jardim pois através do portão da praia fica fácil alguém entrar
Contratamos a limpeza e a cozinheira e foi tudo impecável!!! Gostamos demais
Apesar desse ocorrido voltaríamos com certeza pois todos gostaram muito da casa

Gostamos bastante da casa. Seis quartos bons. Atende muito bem a quantidade de pessoas (20 pessoas).
A casa é melhor ainda que as fotos do anúncio (recomendo atualizar).

Espetáculo de casa
Experiência maravilhosa. Casa com uma limpeza incrível, cozinhas funcionais com tudo que precisávamos. Quartos muito confortáveis e jardim impecável. Praia tranquila para crianças. Família Carvalhal está de parabéns pelo cuidado e detalhes que a casa oferece. Léia nos atendeu com uma simpatia incrível, nos assessorando até na compra dos frutos do mar fresquinhos. Adoramos!!!
Passamos uma semana maravilhosa nesse local incrível. Família de Uberlândia em um total de 13 pessoas. Como viajamos com crianças e idosos, a praia (calma) e a estrutura da casa (térrea) foram extremamente satisfatórias. Cozinha super equipada, não faltaram nem as taças para nossos vinhos e espumantes. Para ficar perfeita eu acrescentaria apenas uma airfryer. A vista que temos sentados na varanda é simplesmente indescritível!!! Você fica horas admirando sem ver o tempo passar. Perfeito mesmo!!!
Uma sugestão que gostaríamos de dar é a opção de locação com toalhas de banho e praia inclusas, já que pra quem viaja de longe o excesso de bagagem é complicado.
Na viagem de volta já estávamos planejando quando retornaremos a esse paraíso...e se depender das crianças será já na semana seguinte rsrsrs.
Por fim, queremos deixar nosso agradecimento e mandar um grande abraço para Francine, Leia, Victor e Aline que foram super atenciosos e carinhosos sempre que precisamos deles!
Voltaremos em breve com certeza!!!

Casa muito limpa e organizada roupa de cama branca e perfumada
Leia nos recebeu muito bem e preparou os cafés da manhã com muito carinho
Sábado estava chovendo a noite podemos assistir vários filmes pois a casa tem btv
Estrutura de utensílios de cozinha ótima não faltou nada
Entrega de gelo diária na casa que facilitava muito
Mercadinho próximo para algumas coisas que faltou

Ótima estadia
O imóvel é muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso. A limpeza do local estava impecável, roupas de cama limpíssimas.
Cozinha com todos utensílios necessários e limpos.
