"My family and I stayed at Hotel Indigo Chattanooga Downtown from October 30th to November 1st, 2025, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Donovan at the front desk — he was incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make us feel at home. Whether it was answering our questions, offering great local recommendations, or just greeting us with a genuine smile every time we passed through the lobby, he truly made our stay stand out. The valet team was also fantastic — always quick, courteous, and upbeat. It really made coming and going a breeze, especially with kids in tow. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotless, with a stylish modern feel and plenty of cozy touches. The location can’t be beat — walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and the riverfront. "Staff was super friendly, helpful, and amazing. Though you pay for parking it was just across the street and super accessible. There are dining options within the hotel and surrounding it. This location is perfect access to other areas of the city, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay."

"Brand new hotel. The living room with a couch is always such a great bonus, whether you bring your kids or find yourself in the doghouse :)"

"Overall our stay was great. We were a bit disappointed when we couldn't get a drink later in the evening due to a water problem at the bar in Elsie's Daughter, but that was just a coincidental event. One of the lights to the left of the TV flickered in our room when it was adjusted to full power, but it stopped if we turned it down a bit."
