Beautiful facilities, loved having a Starbucks in the lobby, lots of great restaurants close by. Did not enjoy: the super uncomfortable bed, the constant loud whooshing noise coming from somewhere in our room. We called the front desk the first night and they said it was probably the heating system? It never stopped the whole time we stayed there. It was like a very loud nonstop white noise machine.

The beds are extremely comfortable. Also the food is very good. The hotel is very spacious and comfortable. Valet and check-in/out is easy and convient. It is great to have a Starbucks onsite as well as a Spa.

The lobby was pretty, with plenty of places to get food and coffee. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. However, the rooms were just OK, needed more counter space, more pillows, better exercise facilities.

Our stay was really good. We needed up having to change rooms because of cleanliness and some imperfections in the room but the second room was excellent.
